About Coach Julia

Julia Marrocco is a tough, loving, senior executive coach with 30 years experience in business management and a prior background in the performing arts. Her approach is to help you engage your entire brain, (including the parts you may not be used to engaging). Your brain is your most powerful weapon in today’s competitive business environment.

As management consultant, Julia will help you take the 30,000-foot view of where you are, and taking a multi-disciplinary approach, you and Julia together will create a specific personalized plan to accomplish your goals. One size does not fit all. No two people, no two cultures, no two companies, and no two teams are identical. Your plan needs to be mission-driven, and in line with your vision from the top down.

As a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA), Julia makes available the entire gamut of validated assessments available in her practice.  She is Tri-Metrix and Performance DNA Certified to do professional job benchmarking, 360 surveys, behavioral profiles, personal skills and talents inventories, and emotional intelligence assessments.

As an EQ Mentor, Julia’s deep wisdom and vast personal experience empowers her clients to break through barriers and achieve improved, sustainable bottom-line results. She cares enough to confront her clients to greatness. Coaching with Julia is transforming.

As a professional speaker, she is powerful and authentic. Her audiences can relate to her personal “in the trenches” stories and her dynamic style. She inspires audiences to be their best and to move to the next level, and she gives them takeaway tools to use for immediate results.

Julia is a member of both the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Julia is a published author in business journals, newspapers and industry trade magazines.

She is currently working on a new book titled “Lessons From the Studio”, due out in January 2010.
