Thank you for your response on LI. After reading through your site and seeing your backgroud in real estate, you may appreciate my project better than others. I am working on a web project to help rescue brokers from themselves! I have reviewed hunreds of sites and after a bit they are all the same. I have seen some great, some good and some that are just obnoxious.
