I just wanted to take the time to tell you how valuable your coaching has been for me, not only professionally; but personally as well.  

Sometimes it’s easy to wrap one’s whole self-image up in the immediate results at work, especially at the executive level.

As one of the Presidents of an International Firm and having been a leader for a top dollar office in 2005, my latest career endeavor was very overwhelming and I was under tremendous performance pressure. The choice was to break through the barriers, or let it break me down. I chose to break through!

Working with you gave me the energy, support and guidance to get my organization to the next level. The importance in having you as a coach not only reinforced what I already knew, but also taught me patience and new techniques to improve our bottom-line results. 

More importantly, I am no longer obsessed with work, and am enjoying time spent with my children and husband; and taking much better care of myself. Thank you for that gift.
