I saw it too, Julia and also thought it was amazing! So true how "walking through the crowd" from a high-level executive can change the environment of the workplace on a fundamental level. It was moving to see how upset he was at the working environment his office decisions and policies had made in the real world. He even lost a week's worth of sleep over it! He really showed us again that character commands influence not competence. Good stuff!
